Kumbh Design Inc, a branding agency based in Ahmedabad, is hiring Client Servicing Executives. Be part of our team and work with branding, design, and social media professionals. Handling smooth client communication and coordinating between the creative team and clients are the core responsibilities of this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing client relationships.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings for creative, social media, and website project briefs.
- Coordinate with the creative team and communicate client requirements clearly.
- Ensure timely task execution and on-time project delivery.
- Maintain daily reports and update the reporting manager.
- Handle day-to-day client communication and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and schedule initial meetings.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Keep clients informed about new or updated services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in a creative or web agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- Understanding of branding, digital marketing, web development, and social media trends is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Salary: 15000 to 35000
